The facility we at Mocden have set-up, accesses Underwriting Capacity from the London insurance Market providing total insurance backed or reinsurance solutions and our specialist TPA can provide front end online warranty registrations, back end claims registrations and claims administration.

The facility has been in place since 2013 and together with our TPA Partner we have scoped out pricing, coverage and a full suite of Management Information Reporting.

Coverage can be provided on:

• New Equipment Extended Warranty - standard terms up to 5 years and 10,000 hours, effective on the first day following the expiration of the manufacturer's standard factory warranty. Coverage options include Powertrain, Powertrain Plus or Premium Protection, which is the most comprehensive coverage; and
• Used Equipment Protection - standard terms up to 24 months and 7,000 hours. We can customize programs and consider machines up to 10 model years old and less than 7,000 hours on the odometer at the date of purchase. Coverage options include Powertrain or Powertrain Plus
• Generators - standard terms up to 24 months and 10,000 hours. Programs can be customized and pricing options provided for machines in Standby (Intermittent Use) or in Prime Power (Continuous Use).
